Asper (Wide Width) Pebble is a pale pebble-grey wallcovering with closely spaced vertical lines and a lightly mottled, mineral-like surface. Its restrained tonal variation keeps the design quietly textured rather than starkly striped.

About this fabric

The visible colour sits between soft grey and warm off-white, with delicate beige-grey flecks that give the surface a gently weathered depth. Fine vertical striations run continuously across the swatch, creating a narrow linear rhythm with no obvious horizontal patterning. The wallpaper has a 106 cm usable width, a 53 cm vertical pattern repeat and a 0 cm horizontal repeat. Supplied in a standard 10.05 m length and weighing 460 gsm, Asper offers a substantial specification for a lightly textured wall finish.

How to use it

Use Pebble across a bedroom, hallway or calm sitting room to create a light mineral backdrop, pairing its cool pale-grey tone with warm timber, chalky paintwork and tactile natural fabrics.

Use this softly striated pebble grey on walls where a light, quietly textured backdrop will complement natural and tonal furnishings.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Asper (Wide Width) Pebble without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
