About this fabric

The design is formed from irregular rectangular marks and fine horizontal striations, with the light cream ground interrupted by muted blush, warm taupe and soft grey-beige accents. Close-looking areas of the weave catch the light differently, creating a dry, brushed appearance rather than a flat printed finish. This fabric has a 137 cm usable width, a 297 gsm weight and a pattern repeat of 36.5 cm vertically by 68.5 cm horizontally. Its mid-weight construction makes it suitable for both upholstery and drapery, while the low-contrast pattern keeps the overall effect calm and tailored.

How to use it

Use the chalky cream ground on a window seat, occasional chair or full-length curtain, then pick up its faint blush notes with dusty rose, warm stone and aged timber. The subdued horizontal movement works especially well where a quiet, textural neutral is preferred over a plain fabric.

Use this chalky cream colourway to soften upholstery or filter light through relaxed, tailored curtains.
