About this fabric

The 387gsm pile has a tactile velvet appearance, with the raised vertical texture catching light along some ribs while adjacent channels fall almost black. This dark espresso colourway has a warm, intimate mood rather than a red or orange cast, making the tonal striping especially pronounced. At 143 cm wide, it is a substantial upholstery option for chairs, sofas and headboards. The design has a 4.5 cm horizontal repeat and no vertical repeat, while the standard roll length is 40 m.

How to use it

Use Rhythm Espresso to bring depth to a reading chair, banquette or sofa in a softly lit room, pairing its warm brown-black variation with aged metal, walnut or creamy upholstery accents.
