About this fabric

This Beaumont fabric by Manuel Canovas has a substantial decorative presence, with a repeat of approximately V 71cm and H 70cm across a width of about 140cm. The composition of 29% Cotton, 28% Viscose, 23% Polyester and 20% Linen gives the surface a woven, slightly dry hand rather than a flat print look. In this Cuivre colourway, the ground reads as a muted terracotta-copper, while the flowers lift into warm apricot-gold and pale cream accents. The contrast is soft rather than sharp, so the design feels warm and elegant rather than overly bright.

How to use it

Use Breteuil Cuivre where you want a statement floral with a sun-baked warmth, such as accent upholstery, a feature headboard or generous curtains. It sits especially well with walnut, aged brass and chalky neutrals that echo the copper and gold tones.

A warm metallic-leaning floral that brings colour and movement without feeling loud.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
