Montez Wallpaper Blue

Camber Wallpapers WallpaperJ192W-01

Montez Wallpaper Blue presents a softly weathered blue ground crossed by fine ivory lines, creating a delicate checked effect across the surface. Its low-contrast pattern reads airy and understated rather than strongly graphic.

About this fabric

This Jane Churchill wallcovering is made from 100% Vinyl - Paper and has an approximate vertical repeat of 26cm and horizontal repeat of 52cm. In this colourway, pale powder blue is layered with ivory and very fine grey-blue linear marks, giving the surface a lightly mottled, crosshatched appearance. Subtle horizontal and vertical shifts in tone create gentle depth while keeping the overall impression cool, calm and quietly textured. The restrained contrast allows the irregular grid to remain visible at close range without dominating the wall.

How to use it

Pair the cool powder-blue and ivory ground with chalky whites, pale timber and soft grey upholstery for a fresh, tonal scheme. It would also sit comfortably behind deeper navy or blue-grey accents, which draw out the finer lines in the pattern.

Use this cool, lightly textured blue on walls where a quiet checked ground will add depth without overpowering furnishings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
