Oxley Stripe Navy/Red

Camber Stripes FabricJ0255-05

Oxley Stripe Navy/Red is a neatly ordered stripe with a cool navy ground, softened by pale ground tones and slim red accent marks. The repeat reads crisp and tailored in the swatch, with a restrained rhythm rather than a bold statement.

About this fabric

From Jane Churchill's Camber Stripes collection, this 100% cotton fabric has an approximate width of 140cm and a vertical repeat of 6cm, with the stripe motif continuing across the full width. The swatch shows a soft navy-blue ground balanced by cream and pale beige bands, while the fine red detailing sits as a narrow accent rather than a dominant colour. The overall effect is fresh, slightly nautical, and more refined than bold, with the cotton surface giving the colour a dry, matte look. With no performance features noted, it is best chosen for decorative upholstery or curtains where the tailored stripe can be fully appreciated.

How to use it

Use this colourway on an occasional chair, a bench cushion, or relaxed curtains where the vertical stripe can add height and structure. It pairs especially well with pale wood, white paintwork, and muted red accessories that echo the fine accent line.

Pair with crisp linen or warm oak to keep the stripe feeling fresh and tailored.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
