About this fabric

This colourway reads as a muted taupe-green, with a warm brown-grey base broken up by sage notes and small cream flecks. The design has a dense, pebble-like repeat that gives the surface movement without feeling busy, and the 84% viscose, 16% polyester composition helps the finish look smooth and lightly lustrous. With an approximate vertical repeat of 35cm and horizontal repeat of 23cm, the pattern has enough scale to show clearly on both upholstery and full-length drapes. At approximately 138cm wide, it is a practical width for a range of interior uses, while the fire code √BM and care code Q 8 < T 3 are useful specification points for project planning.

How to use it

Use this taupe-green alongside oak, putty and chalky off-whites for a calm, layered scheme. It also brings an understated smartness to banquettes, accent chairs or curtains where you want pattern without strong contrast.

A quietly patterned choice that works beautifully on tailored upholstery or elegant curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Cleo Taupe/Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
