About this fabric

This Delaney colourway pairs a muted moss green motif with a warm, light ground, so the repeat reads crisp rather than heavy. The woven surface has a lightly textured look that catches the light gently, giving the pattern a subtle tonal shift across the cloth. It is a fabric with a 138cm approximate width and a repeat of V 5cm / H 6cm approx, making the small-scale geometry easy to work into considered schemes. The composition is 68% viscose, 25% cotton and 7% linen, which helps explain the soft handle and slightly matte, natural finish visible in the image.

How to use it

Use Delaney Green on a small armchair, bench seat or Roman blind where the neat repeat can add structure without feeling loud. Its subdued green works especially well with pale timber, stone and warm neutral walls.

Its restrained mossy tone works well on tailored upholstery or elegant curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Delaney Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
