Minos Foret

Java FabricM4149-06

Minos Foret has a tightly textured look, with tiny geometric dots that read as a lively olive and moss mix across the surface. The small-scale pattern feels crisp and orderly, while the colour stays grounded and earthy.

About this fabric

This fabric is woven in 90% viscose and 10% polyester, giving the swatch a softly dimensional surface with a subtle sheen rather than a flat finish. The tiny repeated motif is set at an approximate 2cm vertical and horizontal repeat, creating a fine, disciplined pattern that holds well at close range. In this colourway, the palette sits between moss green and muted khaki, with darker olive marks punctuating the lighter ground. At 138cm wide, it offers a useful width for upholstery or drapery projects where a compact pattern is wanted. The overall effect is fresh but restrained, with enough visual texture to bring interest to seating, cushions, or blinds.

How to use it

Use Minos Foret with warm timber, aged brass, or linen neutrals to keep the olive tone feeling tailored and calm. Its small-scale pattern works especially well on accent chairs, bench seats, or Roman blinds where the detailed weave can be appreciated up close.

A compact olive weave that adds texture without overpowering a scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Minos Foret without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
