About this fabric

This colourway in the Java collection by Manuel Canovas is woven in 90% viscose and 10% polyester, with an approximate width of 138cm and a repeat of V 2cm / H 2cm. The fabric shows a fine, pebble-like pattern of warm prune and raspberry tones across a pale blush-beige ground, creating a dappled effect that feels both bold and refined. The viscose content gives the surface a soft, light-catching finish, while the small repeat keeps the design neatly scaled for furniture. With no performance features noted and a care code of Q 8 < T 3, it is best suited to statement upholstery where the colour can be appreciated up close.

How to use it

Use Minos Prune on an occasional chair, stool or headboard to bring a deep berry note into a neutral room. It also works well with walnut, antiqued brass and softer pink accents, where the prune tone feels especially warm.

Pairs beautifully with warm woods and brass for a rich, jewel-toned finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
