About this fabric

This colourway shows a muted dark cream with a faint beige warmth, so it feels softer and slightly deeper than a bright ivory sheer. The fabric has a fine, semi-transparent handle with the small slubs and vertical grain you can see running through the folds. It is a wide 288cm approx fabric, woven in 63% linen and 37% polyester, with repeat V 0cm / H 0cm approx, making it a practical plain sheer for full-drop curtains. The C 8 + T 3 care code and Z fire code are supplied for this exact fabric. Its light-catching surface gives the cream a gentle glow rather than a sharp white finish.

How to use it

Use it where you want daylight softened without losing a natural linen character, especially at tall windows or across wide spans. The warm cream tone sits well with pale oak, putty walls and quiet neutrals, adding softness rather than contrast.

A soft, warm neutral for light-filled curtains and gentle layering.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
