About this fabric

Woven in a balanced blend of 45% viscose, 35% cotton, 16% linen and 4% polyester, this fabric has the natural, slightly dry character you can see in the cloth, softened by a gentle lustre from the viscose. The check repeats at approximately V 29cm / H 28cm, giving the pattern a measured, upholstery-friendly scale that still reads clearly at drapery distance. Its silver-grey ground is lifted by pale taupe and muted blue-grey lines, so the design feels restrained rather than stark. At approximately 141cm wide and with √CH fire code, it is a practical specification for considered interior projects.

How to use it

Use it where you want a quiet checked statement: a tailored armchair, bench seat or Roman blind will show the crisp grid beautifully. Its cool silver tone works especially well with oak, painted greys and chalky neutrals.
