About this fabric

This checked fabric has a reassuringly woven, mid-weight handle that suits both curtains and upholstery, supported by its 40% viscose, 39% linen and 21% polyester composition. The plaid reads as a softened red with olive-forest cross-lines, broken up by slender pale bands that sharpen the grid without making it harsh. At approximately 141cm wide with a vertical repeat of 36cm and horizontal repeat of 35cm, it has a balanced, tailored rhythm across larger furnishings. The surface shows a dry, textile-led texture that keeps the colours looking grounded and slightly antique. Fire code √BM and care code Q 8 + T 3 are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

This red-and-forest colourway works beautifully with dark timber, worn brass and upholstered armchairs where the check can add pattern without feeling busy. Its muted depth also sits well alongside natural linen, tobacco leather and other heritage tones.
