About this fabric

Woven in 100% silk and measuring approximately 138cm wide, Lucerne Emperor Red has no visible repeat, which keeps the colour uninterrupted across a scheme. The surface reads as fine and sleek rather than textured, with a subtle lustre that lifts the red into a glowing coral tone. It has the polished look of a formal silk, but the plain weave makes it easy to use as a backdrop or feature across a room. The BM fire rating supports use in interior schemes where a certified silk finish is required.

How to use it

This shade works beautifully in rooms that can handle warmth and colour, especially with dark timber, gilt accents or deep neutrals. Use it for drapes or decorative upholstery to bring a vivid, elegant flash of red without pattern competing for attention.
