Cantinella Jade

Marius FabricF4221-02

Cantinella Jade shows a traditional damask pattern with a softly aged, leafy jade tone over a pale ground. The design reads refined rather than bright, with the weave giving it a gently textured, cloth-like surface.

About this fabric

This Colefax and Fowler fabric is supplied at approximately 141cm wide, with a repeat of V 37cm / H 35cm approximately, and a composition of 30% Linen, 30% Polyamide, 20% Cotton and 20% Polyester. The image shows a classic damask motif, with scrolling leaf forms that sit in a muted jade-green shade against a light, slightly warm background. The finish is more textured than glossy, so the pattern feels softened and quietly lived-in rather than sharp or shiny. With its K fire code and mid-weight woven body, it is well suited to both upholstery and drapery where a tailored, formal look is wanted.

How to use it

Use this jade colourway on curtains, occasional chairs or a headboard to bring a cool, composed note to a room. It works especially well with pale neutrals, dark timber and aged brass, where the muted green can stay calm and elegant.

Pairs well with warm woods, antique brass and quiet neutrals for a classic, layered interior.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
