About this fabric

This Larsen Nova fabric is composed of 45% Linen, 30% Cotton, 14% Polyester, 7% Acrylic and 4% Viscose, with a generous width of approximately 326cm and a vertical repeat of about 53cm. The swatch shows a pale ground with fine, alternating taupe and beige bands that read warmer at the stripe edges and cooler in the open white areas. Its layered weave gives the fabric a slightly textural, relaxed finish, while the broad width makes it especially practical for elegant full-length curtains. The Q 8 + T 3 care code and Z fire code add useful technical context for specification work.

How to use it

Use Rumba Wood where you want light filtered through a softly striped fabric, especially in rooms with pale timber, stone or warm neutral upholstery. The gentle sand-and-taupe palette keeps it restrained, so it works well in contemporary spaces that need a touch of pattern without visual weight.

A warm, airy stripe that softens bright interiors without feeling heavy.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Rumba Wood without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
