Elizabeth Silver

Oberon Sheers FabricF4739-04

Elizabeth Silver is a soft, airy linen sheer with a pale silver-beige cast that feels light rather than stark. The cloth hangs in relaxed folds, letting its fine slub texture and semi-translucent finish show through.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this sheer has the relaxed irregularity and lightly slubbed surface you can see in the drape of the sample. The colour sits between silver and beige, with a cool, chalky base softened by warm undertones that shift gently in the light. Its 310cm approximate width makes it especially suited to wide window drops and generous curtains, while the 0cm vertical and horizontal repeat confirms a plain, uninterrupted look. With no performance features noted and care code Q 8 + T 3, it reads as an elegant decorative sheer rather than a heavy-duty textile.

How to use it

Use Elizabeth Silver where you want daylight to stay soft: it suits full-height curtains, layered sheers, and calm bedroom or sitting-room windows. The muted silver-beige tone pairs well with limestone, pale oak, putty, and brushed metal finishes.

Hang it loose to let the linen sheen and gentle slubs soften the room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
