Aubrey Stripe Forest

Olander FabricF4955-04

Aubrey Stripe Forest pairs a soft cream ground with a vertical chain of green medallions and small rose-pink centres. The result is a smart, orderly stripe that feels decorative rather than stark.

About this fabric

Aubrey Stripe Forest from the Olander collection by Colefax and Fowler is a 135cm wide fabric woven in a linen and cotton blend with acrylic, viscose, polyamide and polyester for added body and stability. The repeat is approximately 20cm vertically and 67cm horizontally, creating a clearly structured stripe with repeating oval motifs. In this colourway the cream background reads warm and quiet, while the forest green outline gives the pattern definition and the pale olive and pink details soften the overall look. It has enough presence for statement upholstery, yet the woven handle and balanced weight also make it suitable for softer interior applications. Fire code √BM is noted.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a reading chair, banquette or cushions where the cream ground can brighten the room without losing character. It works especially well with timber, brass and layered greens.

A crisp stripe with decorative medallions that brings tailored character to seating or elegant blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
