About this fabric

Part of the Olander collection by Colefax and Fowler, this Fabric is woven in a linen-and-cotton blend with added acrylic, viscose, polyamide and polyester for structure and handle. The composition is 40% Linen, 37% Cotton, 18% Acrylic, 3% Viscose, 1% Polyamide, 1% Polyester, with a width of approximately 135cm and a repeat of V 20cm / H 67cm approx. Visually, the design shows alternating columns of oval motifs edged in muted red, with olive-sage scrollwork and a small blue centre on a warm ivory ground. The palette is gentle but defined, giving the stripe a tailored country-house feel rather than a sharp or graphic one.

How to use it

Use it on cushions, small upholstery pieces or full-length curtains where the vertical stripe can elongate a room. The softened red brings warmth, while the sage and blue keep it calm and easy to pair with painted timber, ticking, or plain linens.
