About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Cassandra Tomato has a usable width of approximately 137cm and a large repeat of V 67cm / H 68cm, so the pattern has room to show its full movement. The fabric reads as a vivid, warm tomato red rather than a dark crimson, giving the design a fresh, sunlit energy. On this ground, the trailing floral stems, round blossoms and bird motifs are softened in chalky cream, pale aqua and blush, which keeps the overall effect decorative rather than heavy. The linen texture is visible in the image, adding a natural, slightly dry handle that suits a tailored scheme. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this specific fabric.

How to use it

Use this colourway on statement curtains, a bedroom headboard or accent chairs where the bright red ground can carry the room. It works especially well with ivory paint, weathered oak and touches of pale blue or sage to echo the floral accents.

Pair with pale linens and warm woods to let the painted floral detail stand out.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
