Oriana FabricF4648-02
Perdita Tomato is a richly patterned fabric with a warm tomato-red ground and a softly aged, tapestry-like look. The scrolling motif and pale detailing give the design a lively, decorative presence without feeling glossy or harsh.

About this fabric
This fabric is woven with a visible slub and striated surface that softens the saturated red ground and gives the pattern an antique, textile-rich feel. The design repeats in a large-scale damask layout, with pale vinework, small floral medallions and scattered motifs standing out clearly against the tomato shade. It measures approximately 133cm wide with a vertical repeat of 50cm and a horizontal repeat of 66cm, so the pattern has enough presence for tailored curtains or statement upholstery. The composition is 49% Viscose, 26% Linen, 17% Cotton and 8% Polyester, which helps explain the matte texture and natural-looking variation in the weave. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.
How to use it
Pair this warm red with worn oak, dark timber and muted neutrals to let the pattern lead. It works especially well where you want a smart, heritage look with a little warmth and energy.
Use it for statement drapes or upholstered pieces that benefit from its lively, warm red ground.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Perdita Tomato without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
