Palto Celadon is a small-scale geometric fabric in a cool, muted celadon green. The repeated motif reads as crisp and orderly, with a quietly textured surface that keeps the pattern light.

About this fabric

Palto Celadon from Manuel Canovas has a measured, tight repeat of approx. V 4cm / H 4cm, giving the design a neat, regular rhythm across the cloth. The 133cm approx. width and the 58% cotton, 32% viscose, 8% acrylic and 2% polyester composition suggest a versatile mid-weight textile with a soft handle and enough body for considered interiors. Visually, the colour sits in a pale blue-green celadon range rather than a strong sage, so it feels airy and restrained rather than vivid. The small geometric motif shows clearly without overpowering the ground, making the fabric feel smart and tailored.

How to use it

This cool celadon works well with pale oak, chalky whites and brushed nickel for a fresh, composed scheme. It is especially effective on an accent chair or relaxed drapery where the small repeat can be appreciated up close.

Use it for tailored upholstery or elegant curtains when you want a fresh, restrained green with subtle texture.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Palto Celadon without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
