Keston Celadon

Brett Weaves FabricF4641-03

Keston Celadon shows a tightly worked basket weave in a cool, muted celadon tone. The pale green ground is lifted by chalky, light-catching slubs that give the surface a quiet, tailored depth.

About this fabric

Keston Celadon from the Brett Weaves collection by Colefax and Fowler is a woven fabric with an approximate width of 140cm and a repeat of V 3cm / H 3cm. Its blend of 36% Cotton, 29% Viscose, 22% Polyester, 12% Linen and 1% Acrylic gives the cloth a firm, textural handle with a subtle, softly broken surface. In this colourway the palette sits between sage and grey, with a cool celadon cast that reads fresh rather than bright. The small-scale weave and lightly striated yarns create an understated pattern that feels orderly and crisp. Care code Q 8 < T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this celadon shade on an accent chair, ottoman or dining seating where its cool green tone can sit against oak, pale stone or painted timber. It also works well alongside white linens and deeper olive accents for a layered, calm scheme.

A cool celadon weave that adds gentle colour and tailored texture to a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
