Pamina Gilver

Pamina Silks FabricF4780-10

Pamina Gilver reads as a very soft ivory cream with a gentle silk lustre and a barely-there striated surface. Its plain appearance keeps the focus on the fabric's natural sheen and the quiet movement in the weave.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% silk and measuring approximately 138cm wide, Pamina Gilver has no visible repeat, giving it a clean, uninterrupted field for tailored window treatments. The colour sits in a pale ivory cream with a faint warm undertone, so it feels lighter than beige but less stark than white. In the swatch, the silk surface catches the light softly, revealing fine horizontal slubs and delicate texture rather than a flat finish. The result is a refined plain cloth with enough character to stand on its own while still allowing the colour to remain understated.

How to use it

This colourway works beautifully for full-length curtains, Roman blinds or loose drapes in rooms where you want light to glow rather than bounce sharply. Pair the warm ivory tone with oak, limestone and muted taupe for a calm, layered interior.

Use for quietly elegant curtains or light soft furnishings where a subtle silk sheen is wanted.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
