Durance Ivory

Olney FabricF4950-08

Durance Ivory is a soft, creamy ivory with a calm, even appearance and a faint woven striation visible across the surface. The colourway reads warm and understated, with enough texture to keep it from looking flat.

About this fabric

This Durance Ivory colourway from the Olney collection has a pale ivory ground with a gentle, slubbed weave that shows a fine horizontal grain in the close-up. The 60% viscose, 18% cotton, 17% linen and 5% acrylic composition gives it the look of a natural blend with a softly refined finish. With a width of approximately 143cm and no repeat, it is easy to pattern match and well suited to broad, clean applications. The tone is warm rather than stark, so it sits comfortably alongside painted woods, pale oak and other neutral upholstery schemes.

How to use it

Use Durance Ivory on tailored curtains, relaxed headboards or slim seating where its soft cream tone can lighten a room without feeling bright. It pairs especially well with sand, oatmeal and weathered timber finishes.

A quiet ivory with a subtle linen texture that works neatly on upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
