Sasha Rosewood is a deep, velvety brown mohair with a warm mahogany cast and a softly lustrous surface. The colour reads rich and enveloping, with the pile catching the light rather than reflecting it sharply.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% mohair, this Larsen fabric has a plush handle and a subtle directional sheen that gives the surface depth without a visible motif. The cloth is approximately 138cm wide and has no repeat, so the emphasis stays on the colour and tactile pile. In Rosewood, the tone sits between red-brown and chocolate, creating a darker, more cocooning look than a standard brown. It feels refined and luxurious, and the understated finish suits upholstery where texture is meant to be felt as much as seen.

How to use it

Use Sasha Rosewood on a club chair, banquette or headboard to bring a warm, tailored depth to the room. It pairs well with walnut, brass and parchment tones, where the brown-red undertone can read especially rich.

A rich mohair with a polished, cocooning finish for tailored seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
