About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this velvet has a rich, cool teal ground with subtle darker and lighter bands running across its textured surface. The pile gives the colour depth, allowing the blue-green tone to appear more shadowed in some areas and more softly illuminated in others. At 138cm wide, AMO3517 is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery, including seating projects requiring a substantial velvet finish. It is machine washable, and its Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR® flame retardancy can be treated to contract grade.

How to use it

Pair this deep blue-green teal with charcoal, smoked wood and aged brass for a moody, polished scheme, or use it as a saturated accent against warm neutrals. Its tonal surface is especially effective on sofas, occasional chairs and upholstered headboards where the pile can catch changing light.
