About this fabric
Made from 100% polyester, AMO3523 is a 138cm-wide velvet with a fine, closely textured surface and understated horizontal striations. The colour reads as deep charcoal black, with muted highlights appearing along the uneven lines in the pile. It is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery and has machine-washable aftercare. The fabric has Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR® flame retardancy and can be treated to contract grade.
How to use it
Pair this deep charcoal-black velvet with pale stone, warm timber or brushed metal to balance its dark depth. Its subtle horizontal texture works particularly well on sofas, occasional chairs, headboards and other upholstered pieces where the changing light can be appreciated.
