About this fabric

The swatch shows a plain velvet in a soft warm beige, with a close, even texture and gentle nap shading rather than a visible motif. Light catches the pile in broad, understated shifts, giving this restrained colourway a quietly polished appearance. Made from 100% polyester and 138cm wide, ESS4286 is specified for contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable and carries Contract GreenFR® Plus flame retardancy.

How to use it

Use ESS4286 on sofas, dining chairs or occasional seating where its pale warm-beige tone can soften darker timber, stone and painted finishes. Pair it with creamy linens and muted taupes for a tonal scheme, or use black accents to sharpen the quiet velvet surface.
