About this fabric

The close chenille weave creates subtle tonal movement through the deep burgundy ground, with a soft-looking texture visible across the otherwise plain surface. Made from 99% polyester and 1% nylon, this 138cm-wide fabric is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable and offers Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy, with the option to be treated to Crib 5 contract grade. The saturated red-burgundy shade gives chairs, sofas and headboards a confident, cocooning finish.

How to use it

Pair this deep burgundy chenille with warm timber, aged brass and muted neutrals to balance its saturated berry depth. It also works as a dramatic upholstery accent against cream, taupe or charcoal schemes.
