About this fabric

Woven from 100% rPET, this 138cm-wide chenille has a fine, tactile weave with subtle tonal variation across the terracotta ground. The colour sits between burnt orange and warm brown, with lighter flecks catching across the surface and deeper rust shading in the denser areas. It is graded for both contract and domestic upholstery and is machine washable for practical everyday use. Flame retardancy is Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR®, with treatment available to bring it to contract grade.

How to use it

Use this warm rust-terraracotta colourway to add grounded warmth to a neutral room, particularly on a tailored sofa, reading chair or upholstered bench. Pair it with aged timber, cream boucle and muted olive or tobacco accents to bring out the chenille’s earthy depth.

The warm rusted terracotta tone and softly textured chenille weave bring depth to sofas, occasional chairs and upholstered headboards.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
