About this fabric

This chenille is woven in 52% acrylic and 48% polyester, with fine horizontal texture visible across the cream ground. Pale sage-grey lines intersect with warmer beige threads to form a medium-scale windowpane check, while the uneven yarn effect adds subtle depth to the light colourway. At 138cm wide, it is supplied as a domestic upholstery fabric. Aftercare is professional; its flame retardancy is suitable for domestic cigarette and match use and it can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use the warm ivory base to soften a relaxed living room, pairing it with natural timber, oatmeal upholstery and muted sage accents. The restrained sage-grey check also works well on a traditional armchair or buttoned footstool where its woven texture can be seen up close.
