About this fabric

This chenille is woven in 52% acrylic and 48% polyester, with a 138cm width for domestic upholstery applications. The design forms medium-scale windowpane checks, with fine grey lines intersected by restrained mauve and burgundy accents across the tan ground. Uneven tonal shifts in the pile catch the light, giving the warm beige base a softly weathered depth rather than a flat appearance. Aftercare is professional; the fabric meets Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use NOS2028 on a traditional armchair, sofa or dining seat where its warm tan base can soften darker timber and leather. Pick up the subtle grey and mauve lines with plain cushions or painted cabinetry rather than competing with the checked weave.

A warm, softly textured chenille plaid suited to domestic upholstery and relaxed tailored seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
