About this fabric

This Olbia fabric is a chenille made from 100% polyester, with a 138cm width for upholstery projects. The close-up shows a softly mottled surface in pale greige, where warm ivory and taupe flecks sit alongside cooler grey threads. Rather than a printed motif, the visual interest comes from the uneven chenille weave and subtle shifts in tone across the cloth. It is suitable for contract and domestic upholstery and is machine washable; the supplied flame-retardancy specification is Domestic Cig & Match, with treatment available to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this pale greige colourway to upholster sofas, dining chairs or occasional seating where a calm neutral is needed without a completely flat finish. Pair it with chalky whites, light oak and muted taupe accents to echo the ivory and grey variation visible in the weave.
