About this fabric

This Passione colourway reads as a warm, energetic orange, softened slightly by the velvet pile rather than appearing completely flat or glossy. The close-up shows a plain surface with subtle directional shading and a gently tactile nap. Made from 100% polyester, the 138cm-wide fabric is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable and offers Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this burnt-orange velvet on a statement armchair, sofa or ottoman to bring concentrated warmth into a room with cream, walnut, charcoal or deep green accents. Its saturated tone works especially well where the upholstery is intended to act as the focal point.
