About this fabric

Babylon FR Copper from Porter & Stone’s Shimmer FR collection is a 140cm-wide fabric with a 24cm vertical pattern repeat and a composition of 95% polyester and 5% lurex. The weave reads as a dense, irregular stripe with a fine speckled texture that gives the surface depth and movement. This colourway combines dark chocolate brown grounds with coppery highlights, creating a warm metallic sheen that catches the light without looking overtly shiny. It has a substantial, tailored feel that suits statement upholstery, while the lurex content adds just enough shimmer for a more polished finish. Care instruction NQT1< should be followed for this textile.

How to use it

Use this copper brown colourway on an accent chair, ottoman or banquette where its warm metallic flecks can pick up lamplight. It pairs well with walnut, blackened metal and worn leather for a moody, layered scheme.
