Rhythm Burnt Orange

Patagonia Fabric

Rhythm Burnt Orange brings a blocky geometric rhythm in burnt orange, berry, taupe and charcoal, set against a pale ground. The woven surface gives the pattern a crisp, tactile look with a distinctly mid-century feel.

About this fabric

Woven in 55% Viscose 32% Pol 13% Cotton, this 140cm-wide fabric has a 8.4cm pattern repeat and a surface that reads textural rather than flat. The burnt orange blocks are brightened by earthy beige and softened by deeper berry and charcoal accents, so the overall effect feels warm and grounded rather than harsh. The design’s interlocking rectangles create strong visual movement, while the light ground keeps the palette open and usable in a room. With no performance features noted, it suits decorative upholstery where a lively geometric pattern is wanted.

How to use it

Use it on a statement chair, ottoman or bench to lift walnut, oak or painted cabinetry. The warm orange and plum notes work especially well alongside cream walls, smoked wood and muted brass.

Pairs well with warm neutrals and dark timber for a tailored, lively finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
