About this fabric

Woven in 95% polyester and 5% lurex, Babylon FR Sand has a resilient feel with a soft metallic glimmer worked through the cloth. The 140cm width and 24cm vertical repeat make it suitable for larger runs where the rhythmic pattern can show clearly across a scheme. Visually, the colourway sits in a toasted sand and brown range, with lighter flecks breaking up the ground and keeping the overall effect warm rather than heavy. The surface looks dry and textured, which helps the pattern read crisply and gives it a slightly tailored finish.

How to use it

Use this sand-brown colourway on upholstery or relaxed drapery where you want warmth and pattern without a strong colour statement. It works especially well with oak, smoked timber and natural linens, and the subtle shimmer lifts it in softer evening light.
