About this fabric

The design is built from broad cream panels crossed by narrow blue-grey lines, with fine chevron-like detailing visible within the darker bands. Its pale yellow-cream ground reads warm in the image, while the blue-grey checks bring a muted, cooling contrast rather than a strong colour accent. The close chenille weave adds a lightly textured surface that catches the light without disturbing the calm scale of the plaid. Made from 100% polyester and 138cm wide, PIA1623 is graded for both contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable and has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this cream and blue-grey colourway on a window seat, country-style armchair or relaxed sofa, pairing it with chalky whites, pale timber and blue-grey painted accents. Its quiet contrast works especially well where a checked upholstery needs to feel light rather than rustic or heavy.
