About this fabric

The close-up shows broad cream checks divided by alternating sage-green and blue-grey lines, with subtly chevroned woven detail visible along the stripes. This 100% polyester chenille is 138cm wide and graded for Contract and Domestic upholstery. It is machine washable, with Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and the option to be treated to Crib 5 contract grade. The restrained, low-contrast palette keeps the large check relaxed rather than visually forceful.

How to use it

Use the pale cream ground to lighten a sofa, headboard or occasional chair, then pick up the muted sage lines with soft furnishings. Blue-grey accents will reinforce the cooler threads without overpowering the understated check.
