VEN3716 is a richly coloured geometric velvet built from repeating square panels split into crisp triangular sections. Ochre, teal, burgundy, sage, orange, taupe and cream give the design a warm, collected look, while the fine surface catches the light across each angled block.

About this fabric

The pattern forms a regular grid of triangles, with mustard ochre and teal set against burgundy, muted sage, terracotta orange, taupe and soft cream. Its close, directional velvet surface adds subtle tonal variation as the pile shifts, giving the angular pattern more depth than a flat printed design. This 138cm-wide velvet is made from 49% viscose, 49% polyester and 2% cotton, and is graded for both contract and domestic upholstery. Aftercare is professional; it meets Domestic Cig & Match requirements and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use VEN3716 on a statement armchair, footstool or occasional sofa where its ochre and teal are allowed to lead, then pick out the burgundy, sage or cream in plain cushions and painted details. Its medium-scale grid works especially well against calm walls and simple silhouettes.

Use this richly coloured geometric velvet to bring structured pattern and warm, layered colour to upholstered seating.
