About this colour

At #DAB19F, Persipan has a gentle peach-pink cast that softens a wall without feeling sugary or cool. It reflects a fair amount of light, so it can lift a room while still keeping a grounded, muted look. In north-facing light it will read warmer and slightly duskier, bringing out the beige side of the colour. In south-facing light the pink comes forward more clearly, with a calmer, sunnier warmth that suits both Flat Matt and the softer sheen finishes. It sits well beside pale oak, walnut, worn brass, cream upholstery and deeper berry or cinnamon tones.

How to use it

Persipan works well in sitting rooms, bedrooms and dressing spaces, especially on walls with painted woodwork in off-white, stone or deeper rose tones. It also suits upholstery in neutral linens, russet velvets and warm timber furniture.

A warm muted pink like Persipan gives a wall a soft, settled glow.

A pot comes off the same order as the fabric, so the wall and the chair in front of it are chosen together. The making is ours: cut, sewn and fitted in our own Heybridge workshop, with Simon over every stage.
