About this fabric

The 416gsm velvet has a substantial, plush presence suited to upholstery, with a cool aquamarine ground rather than a blue-green shade that reads dark or muted. Across the surface, coral and red monkeys and flamingos sit among curling leaves, birds and small animal forms, creating a densely illustrated repeat. The pattern measures 45.7cm vertically by 45.4cm horizontally, giving the motif a confident medium scale on furniture. With a 134cm usable width and a 40m standard length, it offers practical coverage while retaining the visual richness of the design.

How to use it

Use this cool aquamarine colourway on a feature armchair, headboard or sofa where its coral-red animals can act as the room’s focal point. Balance the vivid turquoise with warm timber, dark green accents or restrained natural neutrals.

Use this vivid aquamarine velvet to bring playful, jewel-toned character to statement upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
