About this fabric

This 340gsm velvet has a 138cm usable width and depicts paired elephants, a spotted leopard, tropical foliage, stars and a rainbow-like arc in intense teal, turquoise and emerald tones. The dark ground gives the colourway considerable depth, while the brighter green pile catches the light across the elephant ears, leaves and leopard markings. Its pattern repeat measures 54.9cm vertically by 69cm horizontally, creating a large-scale scene that will read clearly across upholstery. The plush velvet surface and theatrical wildlife composition give this colourway a distinctly luxe, statement-making presence.

How to use it

Use Zambezi Velvet Teal on a feature chair, ottoman or headboard where its deep teal ground can anchor the room. Pair it with dark timber, brushed brass and quieter blue-green plains to let the emerald animals and foliage take focus.
