Zambezi Navy

Zambezi Navy presents two pale, finely illustrated elephants against a deep blue-green ground, their curling trunks meeting beneath a red circular motif. Turquoise and cobalt foliage bring flashes of saturated colour around the lower edge of the design.

About this fabric

The cool navy ground gives this colourway considerable depth, allowing the pale pink-grey elephants, russet linework and jewel-bright blue and turquoise leaves to stand out clearly. Small stars, botanical forms and the red crosshatched disc add detail to the large-scale illustrated scene. The wallpaper has a 52 cm usable width, a 45.7 cm vertical pattern repeat and no horizontal repeat. It is supplied in a standard 10.05 m length and has a listed weight of 150 gsm.

How to use it

Use Zambezi Navy on a feature wall where its dark, cool ground can frame the pale elephants and make the turquoise, cobalt and red accents read vividly. Echo the navy in surrounding furnishings while keeping larger neighbouring surfaces calm so the illustrated repeat remains the focus.

A richly illustrated navy wallpaper, pairing pale elephants with vivid turquoise, blue and red details for a dramatic feature wall.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
