About this fabric

This 340gsm velvet has a deep cobalt-blue surface that catches the light softly around the densely drawn motifs. White and cool grey animals, black markings, blue-grey leaves and fine taupe-toned stems create strong contrast across the ground, while the layered imagery gives the large design a richly theatrical character. The pattern repeats vertically every 64.4cm and horizontally every 69cm, making the scale particularly noticeable across upholstered panels. With a 138cm usable width and 40m standard length, it is supplied as a substantial velvet suitable for upholstery applications.

How to use it

Use the saturated cobalt tone as the defining colour on a statement chair, footstool or occasional sofa, allowing the white and grey animals to stand out. Balance its dramatic jungle imagery with quiet charcoal, ivory or blue-grey furnishings that echo the cooler details in the design.
