About this fabric

This 225 gsm fabric has a 137 cm usable width, with a substantial 80.7 cm vertical pattern repeat and a 68.5 cm horizontal repeat. The large-scale artwork combines silver-lined gorillas with ribcage detailing, botanical sprigs, flowers, hanging vessels and faceted diamond forms. Against the black background, the pale illustration catches the light sharply while the darker areas retain a deep, inky depth. Its mid-weight construction makes it suitable for both upholstery and drapery, where the oversized repeat can be displayed across a considered panel or statement seat.

How to use it

Use Silverback Black on a statement chair, headboard or full-length curtains, pairing its cool silver-grey detail with charcoal, blackened timber and restrained metallic accents. Keep surrounding textiles relatively plain so the gorillas, foliage and geometric motifs remain clearly legible.

Use the charcoal ground and silver-grey illustration to give upholstery or curtains a dramatic, collector's-piece feel.
