About this fabric
The design shows charcoal-toned gorillas with clearly drawn ribcages, surrounded by fern fronds, leaves and ornate botanical forms in emerald, teal and olive green. Fine dark linework gives the imagery an engraved, richly illustrated character, while the pale nude background keeps the colourway visually open rather than saturated. At 347 gsm, this is a substantial fabric suited to upholstery applications. The pattern has a large 82.3 cm vertical repeat and 68.5 cm horizontal repeat, so the gorilla and foliage motifs can read as a considered feature across a chair, headboard or sofa.
How to use it
Pair the warm nude ground with dark walnut, aged brass and forest-green upholstery details, allowing the illustrated gorillas and dense foliage to become the room’s focal point. Its pale base also works against charcoal or soft stone walls without losing the design’s deep green contrast.
Use this warm nude colourway on a statement chair or sofa, with deep green accents to echo its foliage.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Silverback Linen Nude without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
