Alchemy Putty

Alchemy Fabric

Alchemy Putty has a softly luminous, warm neutral surface that catches the light across its textured weave. The fabric reads as an elegant putty beige with deeper shadowed striations running through the cloth.

About this fabric

Woven in a 56% cotton and 44% polyester mix, this fabric has a tactile finish that feels substantial yet versatile, with a 140cm width and no pattern repeat to work around. In Putty, the colour sits between beige and pale taupe, with a creamy base and subtle brown-grey undertones that darken gently where the cloth folds. The visible texture gives the surface a relaxed movement, while the raised sheen on the draped areas adds quiet depth rather than brightness. It is a useful choice when you want a neutral that feels more layered and tailored than a flat plain.

How to use it

Use Alchemy Putty on an armchair, banquette or curtains where its warm neutral tone can soften sharper architectural lines. It pairs neatly with natural oak, stone and darker bronze accents for a calm, polished room.

A soft putty tone that gives the textured surface an easy, tailored elegance.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
