Ludlow Oatmeal

Cascata Fabric

Ludlow Oatmeal shows a small, repeating damask motif in a gentle oatmeal-beige palette. The design reads crisp and ordered, with the pale pattern sitting quietly against the warmer ground.

About this fabric

This colourway pairs a warm oatmeal ground with an ivory-toned motif, giving the surface a soft, tailored look rather than a strong contrast. The small-scale repeat, measuring 1.2cm vertically by 2cm horizontally, creates a neat all-over texture that feels controlled and decorative. Made from 50% polyester and 50% cotton, and measuring 140cm wide, it is a practical textile for schemes that want a refined woven pattern without feeling heavy. The overall effect is muted and versatile, with the lighter design catching the eye while the beige base keeps it calm.

How to use it

Use Ludlow Oatmeal where you want pattern but not drama: on occasional chairs, benches, or full-length curtains in a pale, layered room. Its soft beige ground works especially well with chalk white, pale timber, and natural linens.

A soft neutral with enough pattern detail for tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
